I would add (for starters):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* The brochure doesn&#039;t match the web site, and the sales people are using a different pitch altogether.&lt;br /&gt;* Marketing people spend more time with spreadsheets than with sales people and prospects.&lt;br /&gt;* Every member of the sales staff sells based on a different value proposition&lt;br /&gt;* Sales people don&#039;t open marketing&#039;s emails.&lt;br /&gt;* Sales people are calling on the wrong prospects.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Great idea for a list!</description>
